The invention concerns a method and a device for controlling the aerodynamic vertical force of a vehicle against a road surface, whereby said aerodynamic vertical force is modified by modifying an inclination of one or several aerodynamic profiles installed on the vehicle. It consists in modifying the steer angle and/or the transverse inclination of the aerodynamic profile(s) on the basis of the speed of the vehicle relative to air and on the basis of the reaction forces of the road surface applied to the vehicle as it moves.
