PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the contraction of a diametrical area and contrive space saving by a method wherein forced draft exhaust gas is passed through the inside of a innermost side tube of a multi-tubular chimney, in which a plurality of tubes having different sizes are provided concentrically, by discharging natural draft exhaust gas passing through the neighboring tube by the ejection effect of the forced draft exhaust gas. SOLUTION: Different kinds of exhaust gas having not only different temperatures but also the other natures or/and properties, are introduced into a space 14 between an outer tube 10 and an inner tube 12 as well as the inner tube 12 in a double tubular chimney. Forced draft exhaust gas or high- temperature turbine gas, for example, is sent from an exhaust gas introducing tube 20 into the inner tube 12 while gas having a weak forced draft or low- temperature boiler gas or the like is introduced from an exhaust gas introducing tube 18 into the space 14 between the outer tube 10 and the inner tube 12. In this case, the natural draft exhaust gas passing through the space 14 is attracted by the ejection effect of the forced draft exhaust gas passing through the inner tube 12 at the top of the chimney to discharge the same smoothly.
