PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability for discriminating history of submergence, to prevent illegal customer complaints and to reduce the manufacture cost by joining part of a transparent cover provided on an upper part of a submergence confirmation section to a prescribed part of a mobile electronic device. SOLUTION: A watercolor ink section 1 is in contact with an inner wall 4 of a case 4 being a component of the mobile electronic device and colored in watercolor ink. A submergence confirmation section 2 is made of a porous material and covers an upper face of the watercolor ink section 1 so as not seen externally. A transparent cover section 3 covers an upper face of the submergence confirmation section 2 and both ends of its lower face are joined with both ends of the upper face of the submergence confirmation section 2. Furthermore, both ends of the upper face of the transparent cover section 3 are adhered to a flange 7 of the case being the mobile electronic device or the like. When the mobile electronic device structured as above is submerged, water 8 intruded in the inside of the case erodes the watercolor ink section 1 and ink of the watercolor ink section 1 is oozed out to the submergence confirmation section 2, which is entirely colored in the ink.
