PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt-tightening structure which can prevent looseness among a locking member, an output terminal, and a locked member with a simple structure under a large vibration condition or a temperature large fluctuation condition, and an AC generator for vehicle using the structure. SOLUTION: An output terminal (male screw member) 10 with a large- diameter head section 10a is passed through a positive pole-side cooling fin (locking member) 11, and a spacer (sleeve) 12, and a vehicle wiring terminal (locked member) 13 are put on the threaded section 10b of the male screw member 10. The front end face of the spacer 12 forms the seating surface of the terminal 13. The terminal 13 is fixed, in a state where the terminal 13 is pressed against the seating surface of the spacer 12, by screwing a nut 9 on the threaded section of the output terminal 10. The space 12 has a locking member-side loosely fit section 12a and a locked member-side loosely fit section 12b, which are provided separately on the threaded section 10b and on both sides of the section 10b in the axial direction, and intensifies the coupling between the output terminal 10 and spacer 12 and the cooling fin 11 and terminal 13 by utilizing a resistance to elastic deformation.
