PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearing aid with which an audibly handicapped person can hear a voice with proper quality and in a proper volume of sound, without making a healthy person feed it loud, when a hard of hearing person views a television program. SOLUTION: This hearing aid is provided with audio signal acquisition means 1, 2, that obtain an audio signal from an audio output terminal of a television receiver, sound quality adjustment means 52, 53 that adjust sound quality of the obtained audio signal, a sound volume adjustment means 54 that adjusts the magnitude of the audio signal whose sound quality is adjusted, and a voice delivery means that is formed mounted on the ear of a user, transduces the audio signal whose magnitude is adjusted into voice and transmits the converted voice to the ear.
