<p>The invention concerns a method for conducting and managing installations of urban wastewater treatment on the basis of estimates of the influent polluting loads. The invention is characterised in that said estimates are derived from continuously measuring the influent rate, the conductivity and the turbidity of the raw water to be treated, in the following sequence: continuously measuring the instantaneous values of the conductivity and turbidity of the water to be treated; estimating the polluting matter concentration of the raw water on the basis of said measured conductivity and turbidity values; continuously measuring the flow rate of the raw water to be treated; calculating the polluting matter load of the raw water to be treated on the basis of its flow rate; and determining downstream actions to be taken to eliminate the estimated total load of the polluting element (E).</p> |
