Aromatic compounds having cyclic amino which are represented by general formula (I) or salts thereof. These compounds are useful as drugs, in particular, activated blood coagulation factor X inhibitors, exert a potent anticoagulation effect and can be orally administered. A pharmacophore deriv ed from the above compounds which is useful in molecular designing Fxa inhibito rs.
