The invention concerns a method for preparing enantiopure diazepino-indolone of formula (I) which consists in the intramolecular cyclisation of a product of formula (II) wherein A, B, X1, X2, Z, Z1, Z2 and R are as defined in the description, in the presence of a weak Lewis acid catalyst.
