SUBSTANCE: mobile plant has platform with chassis, skip hoist, tank for water supply, pipelines for transportation of dry components and water with their mixing by turbulent method at outlet. Plant is provided with suspenders, two air pumps, piston compressor and vessels for mixing of water with additives. Platform is made with guarding structure. Water tank has a heater.
