The fuel injection valve passes fuel, esp. diesel fuel, arriving via a fuel feed (3) and has a first valve element (1) movable in a guide bore (20) of a valve body (2,11) against the force of a closing spring to expose at least one injection hole (7,8) in the valve body during an opening stroke for injecting fuel into the combustion chamber. A damping vol. opposing the opening movement of the valve element is connected to the fuel feed via a choke (15,17). |
