Cosmetic makeup or care process for keratinic materials comprises applying a composition containing a physiologically acceptable base, fibers and an aqueous dispersion of film-forming polyurethane. Independent claims are also included for a cosmetic composition as above containing a film-forming polyurethane and the use of film-forming polymer fibers in a cosmetic makeup composition to give a good effect and/or resistance to water and/or to rubbing and/or skin camouflage. |
