wine making and nonalcoholic drinks production. SUBSTANCE: method provides filling of drinks from reservoir with counterpressure and cooling of product before filling. Cooling to temperature from -1 C to +10 C is provided and counterpressure is set equal to 0.01 - 0.05 MPa, corresponding to pressure differential between reservoir and container in form of keg. EFFECT: prevention of bottle breaking in process of filling and loss of product, improved quality of product in storage, enhanced sanitary condition of premises where filling is carried out. 2 dwg |
