Core is covered by intermediate layer and layer that is soluble in intestine medium. Composition has no component with alkaline reaction. Method of preparing the composition involves the following stages: mixing active component-containing nuclei, mixture pressing to obtain core, its covering with intermediate layer and then with layer that is soluble in intestine medium. New composition ensures to develop oral medicinal forms providing stability of active component in the process of production, storage and intake.
