SUBSTANCE: units irradiating the largest quantity of heat such as high-power units, radio transmitters, terminal units are arranged in first compartment of cabinet; remaining units irradiating significantly less amount of heat are arranged in second fluid-tight compartment of cabinet housing. First compartment is cooled by circulation of air fed from outside, passing along ducts or other pipelines along units at direct contact with said units. Second compartment is cooled by air circulating along heat exchanger placed in first compartment for transferring heat into it. Units irradiating the largest quantity of heat are placed in fluid-tight boxes designed for screening in order to provide electromagnetic compatibility with surrounding equipment. Radiators are placed outside of said boxes. Air circulation along first compartment and second compartment and also along heat exchanger is provided by means of fans in such a way that direction of air flow created by first fan is opposite to air flow of second fan in heat exchanger.
