SUBSTANCE: roof water gutter has shell, chute made of flexible material in the form of spiral, electrical appliance, accessories, and microswitches; electrical appliance is essentially double-section electric heating unit placed inside chute; accessories are provided with leaf springs ensuring vertical movement of water-gutter shell and contact with microswitches, each of the latter is joined to separate section of electric heating unit; leaf springs are made of materials having different stiffness; accessories installed on water flow side are provided with leaf spring of lower stiffness.
