SUBSTANCE: procedures involve purchasing contactless Internet business card of definite rating whose parameters are stored in authorization center for anticipated payments by means of electronic wallet through Internet. Mentioned card is authorized upon connection to payment system and opening of electronic wallet, and its rating is transferred through current account of payment system to electronic wallet; in the process, card is blocked in payment system; additional sum is entered in electronic wallet and the latter is opened simultaneously with opening the current account.
