SUBSTANCE: method allows gerontological purity of water used for drinking, preparation of drinks, food-stuffs, medicinal, cosmetic and other compositions to be evaluated. Method includes determination of melting temperature of tested specimen, computation of value of depression of melting temperature for tested specimen with reference to distilled water, computation of index of gerontological purity of tested specimen ( in numbers ). Depression of melting temperature of specimen is computed on basis of measurement of conduction and/or other physical and chemical parameters.
