摘要 gas treatment. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treating heat and power station furnace gases for removing nitrogen and sulfur oxides. Method consists in mixing furnace gases with ozone-air mixture obtained by desorption from recycle condensate, cooling resulting mixture to temperature below dew point, and bringing it into contact with recycle condensate saturated with ozone, oxygen, and acid components in absorption section. This condensate adsorbs nitrogen and sulfur oxides from furnace gases and simultaneously oxidizes them into acid components to give acidic condensate, major part of which is combined with fresh condensate from heat exchanger section. Combined condensate passes hydraulic gate and enters by gravity air lift casing to be mixed there, as recycling material, with ozone-air mixture to form gas-liquid emulsion. The latter is lifted in lifting tube into desorption-distribution section, while simultaneously ozone and air oxygen oxidize condensate components. In desorption-distribution section, part of ozone-air mixture is separated from emulsion and recycle condensate saturated with ozone, oxygen, and acid components is sent onto distribution grate, from which it showers absorption section. Apparatus contains treatment zone in gas duct accommodating heat exchanger and absorption section and desorption-distribution section (at the ceiling of gas duct above treatment zone) comprising distribution grate in the ceiling of gas duct, threshold, inlet opening of pipe with perforated head, and air lift tube mouth, whose casing is connected to gas duct bottom through hydraulic gate.
