PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for producing methane gas from garbage and dead animals are provided to produce bio gas which is a recycling energy and a liquid phased fertilizer by finely crushing the garbage, thereby passing through hydrolysis and methanation processes. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a crushing tank(10) in which crushed garbage is discharged through a transfer device(14) by crushing and mixing injected garbage with a homogenizer(11), and a solid material is discharged through a discharging port; a hydrolysis tank(16) in which the garbage received from the crushing tank(10) is homogenized and hydrolyzed to an already set temperature, pH and pressure, and discharged into a discharging port(19), wherein stench generated is discharged through a stench removing line(20), and wastewater generated and hydrolyzed garbage are discharged through a wastewater line(18) and a transfer line(22); a bioreactor(28) in which the garbage received through the transfer line(22) is converted into methane to an already set temperature, pH and pressure, wherein the generated methane gas is exhausted into a gas line(28), solid material is discharged through a discharging port(26) connected to a sorting tank(36), and the methanation completed wastewater and byproducts are discharged through a wastewater line(18) and a byproduct transfer line(27); a settling tank(31) in which wastewater is discharged through a transfer line(32), and byproducts are discharged through a transfer line(35) after settling injected raw materials; and a dehydration screen(37) in which dehydrated sludge is stored in a byproduct storage tank(39) by dehydrating garbage transferred through the transfer line(35), and the residue is recycled into the bioreactor(23) through a transfer line(38). |
