The device has a balcony that is fixed vertically at the upper end of the outer side of a hall side wall (1) by a screw (4) passing through a bore (3) at its upper end. A vertical pipe (6) projecting over the upper end of the side wall is releasably fixed to a pipe holder (5) at the lower end of the balcony. Parallel rods (7) are releasably fixed to the side wall of the hall. A bracket is fixed in the middle area of the balcony, to which boards (9) are releasably fixed. A horizontal board (11) is fixed with a screw (120 in a bore (10) at the lower end of the balcony. A number of balconies are fixed about 3 m apart about the upper end of the hole and are connected by planks and horizontal rods.
