PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce expenditure in a whole tunnel including public works by reducing the depth of a storing part which is formed on the side surface of the tunnel. SOLUTION: A fireplug device 4 is buried and arranged in the storing part which is formed to be a recession on the wall surface of the tunnel. A piping storing groove which is opened at least backward is formed at the piping erecting position of a rack 13 positioned in the bottom part of the grain body having a thin box shape. Pipings 9 and 10 erected from a lower part are positioned in the piping storing groove and connected in a case by piping so that a space for piping is not required in the rear part.
