PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the vibration power of a meshed plate to generate a sufficient amount of mist by inserting and fixing a meshed plate support body into a recess part formed at the skin contact face of a head, and into the recess part, attaching the meshed plate with a number of pores connected to the meshed plate support body in a form of cantilever. SOLUTION: A cylindrical head is provided at the front of a probe, inside of which, an ultrasonic wave oscillator made of piezoelectric ceramic is fixed. The head face of the head is bored with a hole, into which a meshed plug 5 is detachably plugged to close the hole, and a space is created at the back of the meshed plug 5. At the circumferential of the head, a communication opening 7 is opened communicating to the space, and the exit port of a vessel is detachably inserted to connect the space to the vessel. In the meshed plug 5, a small support 52 is provided at the inside bottom of an outer frame 51 which is a cylindrical support body with a notch at one side, and one end of a meshed plate 53 having almost the same diameter as that of the outer frame 51 is fixed to the small support 52 to support the meshed plate 53 in a form of cantilever.
