PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable cleaning of a tongue more safely and more firmly, and in particular to provide optimal usage of the subject tool when a caring person nurses a patient or an aged person. SOLUTION: This cleaning tool comprises a gripping portion 2 and a cleaning portion 3, which is provided with a brush member 4 to exfoliate lingual fur coating and a spatula 5 to collect the fur coating exfoliated by the brush member. The tool not only provides safe and firm removal of impurities on the tongue, but also permits easy cleaning after use to keep the mouth cleaning tool itself clean.
