PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a sheet from being blown off by wind when the sheet is laid and spread or the like on the ground by forming cylindrical shapes on the four sides of the sheet and inserting and running chains through the cylindrical shapes. SOLUTION: Four side of a sheet 1 formed of a conventional material are folded back and stitched 2 to form cylindrical shapes 3, and the cylindrical shapes 3 are notched to form notch sections 4. Then chains 5 are inserted and run through inside the cylindrical shapes 3 of the sheet 1, and hooks 6 are connected with both ends of the chains. In the above constitution, the material is covered with the sheet 1, and then the ends of the chains 5 are pulled to squeeze the skirts of the sheet 1, and hooks 6 of the chains 5 protruded from ends are hooked on the chains 5 exposed on the notch sections 4 to form the state of wrapping the material in. The wind, therefore, is not blown into the inside of the sheet 1 to protect the sheet 1 from being blown off.
