PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate and feed flat materials even when the effect of ion neutralizing action cannot be obtained by warping the uppermost flat material among a plurality of laminated flexible flat materials, and then separating a sheet of the uppermost layer of the laminated flat materials from the other flat materials. SOLUTION: When a disc board 1a is transferred, a conveyor 2 is moved to an upper part of the disc board 1a, and a vacuum suction part 221 and a displacement restraining part 223 are brought into contact with a sheet 1a' of the uppermost layer. Then the vacuum suction part 221 is sucked in vacuum to a flat surface of the board 1a', and a reciprocating part 222 is retracted, whereby a part sucked by the vacuum suction part 221 of the board 1a is upward displaced, and the board 1a' is deformed into a curved state because a part contacting with the displacement restraining part 223 is restrained. Whereby the uppermost board 1a' is separated from the lower board 1a", and the conveyor 2 is upward moved to transfer the uppermost board 1a'.
