PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a printing blanket capable of mounting the blanket by sufficient fixing force by a simple method without damaging the same and a mounting bar suitable for use in the attaching structure. SOLUTION: In a printing blanket attaching structure, the end part of a printing blanket 35 is inserted in the attaching groove 30 of a blanket cylinder along with a mounting bar 10. The holding groove of the mounting bar is demarcated between the attaching member 32 fitted in along a first inner surface 31a and a second inner surface 31b and an inclined surface inclined in the pulling direction of the blanket 35 is provided to the second inner surface 31b so that the holding groove forms a wedge-shaped cross section becoming narrow in groove width toward the inlet of the groove.
