PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the sure transfer of a powdery pharmaceutical preparation possessed in a separate container into a robust injection vial as easily as possible without using a medical syringe hollow needle by providing a plastic hollow peg with a penetrating means for penetrating a rubber elastic closure of an injection container. SOLUTION: The syringe is formed by removing the rubber elastic cap from the syringe and installing the hollow peg 9. A holding part 8 of the hollow peg 9 is composed of plastic material and is preferably injection molded parts like the syringe body 1. The hollow peg 9 has a blade shaped slope 9a in the front surface part of the inside fluid passage and facilitates the penetration to the rubber elastic stopper but does not entail the danger of the noticeable injury. When the syringe is applied to the medical vial 10, the hollow peg 9 penetrates a stopper 11 and the content of the syringe is sent to the medical vial 10 to dilute, for example, a liquid agent contained therein, by which, for example, the dissolution, etc., of the freeze dried medical material are caused. The syringe is thereafter drawn out and the transfer of the contents into the injection container is made possible. |
