<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earcleaner capable of smoothly and positively separating cerumen stuck to the surface of an external acoustic meatus and smoothly and positively taking out the cerumen separated from the surface of the external acoustic meatus, to the outside of the external acoustic meatus. SOLUTION: This earcleaner 1 has an enlarged head part 3 formed at the tip of an earcleaner body 2, and the base end face of the enlarged head part 3 is formed as a cerumen scrape-out face 31 for separating cerumen stuck to an external acoustic meatus, from the external acoustic meatus and scraping it out of the external acoustic meatus. When the earcleaner 1 is inserted in the external acoustic meatus, there is no need to direct the cerumen scrape-out face 31 toward the cerumen. The cerumen scrape-out face 31 is put in the state of being directed toward the cerumen only by inserting the earcleaner body 2 in the external acoustic meatus, and the earcleaner body 2 is deformed from this state into a state of being elastically bent in circular arc shape. The cerumen scrape-out face 31 is thereby put in elastic contact with the external acoustic meatus with moderate pressure to remove the cerumen stuck to the surface of the external acoustic meatus smoothly and positively without injuring the surface of the external acoustic meatus.</p> |
