NEW CLEANING AGENT COMPOSITION HAVING INCREASED ADHESIVE PROPERTY, STATE-CONTROLLING PROPERTY AND SOFTNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a 2-in-1 type cleaning composition capable of effectively cleaning the hair to impart excellent combing easiness and softness, enabling the application of considerable amount of treating agent to the hair and skin and having high frothing property by including at least one kind of water-soluble silicone agent, at least one kind of a cationic condition controlling agent and at least one kind of a detergent. SOLUTION: This cleaning composition contains (A) at least one kind of water-soluble silicone agent (e.g. silicone quaternium 13) in an amount of preferably 0.001-20 wt.% (B) at least one kind of cationic agent (e.g. acrylamide propyl trimmonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer) in an amount of preferably 0.01-10 wt.% and (C) at least one kind of detergent (e.g. ammonium lauryl sulfate) in an amount of preferably 0.01-30 wt.%. The composition may further contain an active amount of agent to be applied to a desired part of the skin, hair and/or nail.
