PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform optimum processing for T number which provides a minimum exchange number of a die in overall schedule in preparation processing of working schedule of turret punch press. SOLUTION: When working shedule by which dies for use are allocated to turret station is prepared before punching work is performed, on the basis of the working schedule, with the dies for use which are, prior to the punching work, fitted to many turret station provided on turrets 11 and 13, numbers of use of each die being used in overall fabrication schedule is counted with a counting part 41 for planned use number, and stored in a memory 43 of planned use number. When T number optimum processing in which a planned use die is set to the turret station is performed, and in the case where the plural turret stations are available as attachable candidates, the turret station, to which a few planned number of use of the die is attached, is set as an candidate of priority for exchange, and useless die exchange is reduced.
