PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To magnify the freedom degree of the fixing position of an operating mechanism for automatically operating a locking mechanism, to miniaturize the mechanism, to reduce a weight and a cost. SOLUTION: An operation mechanism 30 is formed with an actuator 32 fixed to a machine frame 31, an operation arm 33 rotating with the operation of the actuator by axially attaching a base part to the machine frame, an energizing means 34 for energizing an operation arm provided between the operation arm and the machine frame to the side of the actuator, an operation arm locking means 40 which is arranged in the machine frame at an intermediate part between the energizing means and the actuator to lock the rotation of the operation arm, and a connecting member 35 whose one end is connected to the side of the operation arm and the other end of which is connected to the side of the locking mechanism. Then, at the time of operating the actuator in the releasing direction of the locking mechanism, the energizing force of the unlocking means reinforces operating force in the unlocking direction of the actuator.
