PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film, which is made of a regenerated material of wasted polyethylene and is excellent in physical characteristics such as strength, by mixing, with non-regenerated high-density polyethylene, regenerated medium and low pressure high- density polyethylene, regenerated low-density polyethylene and linear low-density polyethylene in a specified amount. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin composition is obtained by mixing 60 to 80 wt.% of non-regenerated high-density polyethylene, 10 to 20 wt.% of regenerated medium and low pressure high-density polyethylene obtained by regeneration of containers, 5 to 15 wt.% of regenerated low-density polyethylene obtained by regeneration of pouches, and 0 to 10 wt.% of regenerated linear low-density polyethylene obtained by regeneration of pouches. A synthetic resin film is manufactured using the synthetic resin composition as a starting material. Moreover, a pouch of a desired form is made of the film and serves for use. The regenerated polyethylenes are initially milled to provide chips, and the chips are washed and subsequently dried, followed by removal of foreign matters therefrom. The chips obtained after the drying are dissolved and mixed with a non-regenerated starting material, and shaped in the form of a cylindrical film.
