PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce the number of parts and the assembling trouble and to heighten the safety of a fuel tank by forming a handle member like a ring surrounding the outside of the fuel tank, and fitting the fuel tank and the handle member to brackets erected from both right and left sides of an engine. SOLUTION: This engine 1 is mounted on a support 3 placed on the ground through rubber vibration isolators 2 provided on the lower surface thereof, a fuel tank 4 is fitted to the upper surface, and a pump 5 for a power sprayer driven by the engine is disposed on the side. In this case, a handle member 6 formed like a ring by a metallic pipe to surround the periphery of the fuel tank 4 is disposed outside the fuel tank 4. On both right and left sides of the engine 1, brackets 7 formed by a metallic plate are extended upward between the fuel tank 4 and the handle member 6, and a fitting valve 10 having a C- shaped section is engaged with an outward bent engagement piece 8 to fix the fuel tank 4 and the handle member 6 to the upper end of each bracket 7.
