PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylene sulfide resin composition which simultaneously has good high temperature compression creep resistance, good chemical resistance, high weld strength and high flowability. SOLUTION: This polyarylene sulfide resin composition comprises (A) 40 to 95 wt.% of a polyarylene sulfide which has a melt viscosity of 8,000 to 50,000 poises (measured with a flow tester at a measuring temperature of 300 deg.C under a load of 20 kg/cm2 in an L/D of 10/1 for a retention time of 6 minutes), and (B) 60 to 5 wt.% of a polyarylene sulfide which has a melt viscosity of 1,000 to 8,000 poises (measured with a flow tester at a measuring temperature of 300 deg.C under a load of 20 kg/cm2 in an L/D of 10/1 for a retention time of 6 minutes), wherein the ratio of the melt viscosity of the component B to the melt viscosity of the component A is 0.1 to 0.7. |
