PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating type pavement material which can have an excellent peeling-preventing property between a bituminous material and aggregates, by adding a composition comprising a specific condensation product and a specified modified polyolefin resin in a specific ratio in a specific amount based on the bituminous material. SOLUTION: This method for producing a heating type pavement material comprises compounding various kinds of aggregates as a base material with a bituminous material, etc. Therein, a composition comprising (A) a condensation product obtained by reacting (i) 1 mole of a polyalkylenepolyamine of the formula [(m) is 2 or 3; and (n) is 1 to 8] (for example, pentaethylenehexamine) with (ii) 1 mole to (n+1) moles of a 8-22C saturated or unsaturated fatty acid (for example, oleic acid) and (B) a modified polyolefin resin having carboxyl groups and an acid value of 5 to 100 (for example, oxidized polyethylene wax) in a component A:B weight ratio of 95:5 to 5:95 is added to the pavement material in an amount of 0.05 to 5.0 wt.% based on the bituminous material.
