PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute the winding without the removement of screws even when a winding speed is increased by providing at least two flat claws on an outer periphery of a winding shaft at an interval of 180 degrees. SOLUTION: Flat claws 70a, 70b for winding connected screws 8 are respectively provided on the symmetrical positions at 180 degree along the circumferential direction of a winding shaft 1, so that the load applied to the connected screws 8 in the winding operation is dispersed into two parts and reduced. The claw 70a is projected from the winding shaft 1 in advance, so that the screw fed to a side surface of the claw 70a abuts on the side face of the claw 70a to stop. After the connected screws 8 are stopped, the winding shaft 1 is rotated anticlockwise to start the winding, and the claw 70b at an opposite side of the claw 70a stopping the screw, is engaged with a second screw when the winding shaft 1 is rotated to some degree. At that time, the winding of the connected srew 8 is started for the first time. When the winding shaft is rotated by 180 degrees first, the flaw 70a is also engaged with the connected screws 8, so that the winding is executed by two claws 70a, 70b thereafter.
