PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent accidents such as ignition of vapor and explosion when a cellular telephone is used accidentally at a gas station by sensing electromagnetic waves generated by the telephone by an electromagnetic wave sensor and by stopping feeding from a tank lorry to an oil reservoir tank or by informing by an informing means. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes an electromagnetic wave sensor 25 for sensing generation of electromagnetic waves from a cellular telephone 1 located in a gas station S and a control means which stops feeding from a tank lorry A to an oil reservoir tank 11 in response to a sensed signal from the sensor 25 or activates an informing means. When the sensor 25 senses electromagnetic waves from the telephone 1 during oil feeding, a solenoid valve 19 of an oil inlet port 14 is closed and also announcement for inhibiting use of the cellular telephone 1 is displayed on a display of a control panel 30 and is informed at the same time by an alarm. Thus accidents such as ignition of vapor or explosion caused by weak current generated at transmission or reception of the cellular telephone 1 can be prevented at the gas station S.
