PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating film not causing a crack with time without losing heat resistance, weather resistance, high hardness, noncombustibility and stain resistance by using a specific compound as a curing catalyst of a silicone resin. SOLUTION: (A) A silicone resin is compounded with (B) one or more of metal alkoxides selected from Ti, Zr and Al or its condensate (preferably an alkoxytitanium compound or its condensate) and (C) an organotin compound (preferably dibutyltin diacetate, etc.), in the molar ratio of the component B to the component C of 1:1-3 to cure a coating film of silicone. Consequently, a part of cross-linking structure is provided with flexibility so as to improve brittleness being a defect while maintaining excellent performances of characteristic silicone resin. Since the obtained coating film of silicone resin has high hardness and a dense structure, a stain material does not penetrate into the inside of the coating film and the coating film is readily wiped and slightly produces a crack with time.
