PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polyolefin foam without detriment to characteristics which it has already acquired by introducing a polybutadiene having a specific microstructure different from that of a conventional polybutadiene into a polyolefin foam. SOLUTION: There is provided a polyolefin composition comprising (1) 60-95 pts.wt. of a polyolefin, (2) 5-40 pts.wt. of a polybutadiene, (3) a crosslinking agent and (4) a blowing agent, wherein the polybutadiene (2) contains 4-30% of the 1,2 structure, 65-95% of the cis-1,4 structure and not more than 5% of the trans-1,4 structure.
