PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film excellent in strength and workability and usable as various wrapping materials and industrial materials, especially in regard to film or sheet moldings suitable for heavy wrapping and construction materials, which, in detail, is made by molding a resin compsn. comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin or an arom. polycarbonate resin modified with a specific polymer for modification. SOLUTION: This film is prepared by molding a resin compsn. comprising a polyalkylene terephthalate resin (A), an arom. polycarbonate resin (B), and a copolymer mainly contg. a vinyl aroma. compd. and a conjugated diene compd. in a molecule and/or an epoxy modified copolymer which is prepared by partly epoxidizing the unsaturated double bond of a conjugated diene compd. prepared by party hydrogenating the former copolymer.
