PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag attaching method in a tying clip, wherein a tag can be attached to a bag by a simple operation, and at the same time, the tying of the bag mouth is not released even when the caulking of the tying clip is released. SOLUTION: A pair of leg pieces 3 are crossed and superposed. At the same time, the superposed section is caulked in such a manner that the width between the tip ends of the crossed leg pieces 3 may become wider than the width of the crossed section. Then, on a tag 2, an engaging hole 10 having the equal length with the width of the crossed section of the leg pieces 3 of a tying clip 1 is formed, and the crossed leg pieces 3 are passed through the engaging hole 10.
