METHOD FOR EXTRACTING HIGHLY VISCOUS FLUID, AND PLUG BODY USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly extract a highly viscous fluid stored in a flexible container in a sealed manner by the required quantity without using any hopper by fitting a plug penetrating the container to an outer surface of the flexible container. SOLUTION: A plug comprising a plug body 11 with its flange part 11a integrated with one end part of a cylindrical body and a cup-shaped lid body having a female thread to be screwed to a male thread on an outer circumference of the plug body 11 on an inner circumference is fitted to an outer surface of a flexible container 5 in which a highly viscous fluid is stored in a sealed manner through an adhesive layer laminated on a lower surface of the flange part 11a. The flexible container 5 is opened only at the fitting position of the plug body 11 by making a cross-shaped cut C after the lid body is detached. The highly viscous fluid can be extracted directly without exposing the inside of the flexible container 5 to the atmosphere by sucking the highly viscous fluid in the flexible container 5 through the plug body 11 while applying the pressure to the flexible container 5 from the outside.
