摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce parts number and the like for saving cost and prevent oil leakage by providing a flange joint mechanism in which a propeller shaft is detachably connected with a transfer output shaft, and a sealing material between a transfer case and the transfer output shaft in a full-time four-wheel drive. SOLUTION: This transfer is for full-time four-wheel drives and a front-side propeller shaft 34 is detachably connected with an output-side end of a transfer- side output shaft 72 by a flange joint mechanism 28. The flange joint mechanism 28 has a joint main body 104 connected with an output-side mounting flange 92. By loosening a connection bolt 114 to remove the joint main body 104, driving condition can be set in two-wheel drive. Further, a space between a transfer case and the transfer-side output shaft 72 is sealed with a seal member 98 to prevent oil leakage inside the transfer. With this configuration, a two- wheel/four-wheel switching mechanism becomes unnecessary and thus parts number and man-hour for assembly are reduced to save cost.
