PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a device which automatically wrap commodities such as strawberries and grapes packaged in a piled condition by a simplest means, and is free from any problems such as the collapse and loosening of the commodities by a wrapping film. SOLUTION: In a wrapping device in the present invention, a carrying table 11 to transfer a box body of fruits, vegetables, etc., in which a part of the commodities are packaged in a piled condition is provided on an upper part, a delivery roller 22 of a wrapping film is arranged on a frame body 21, inclined guide grooves 23, 24 are cut on a part of the frame body, tension bars 25, 26 to give the tension to prevent the commodities such as soft fruits from being damaged to the wrapping film are movably inserted along the guide grooves, and a heating part to bond the box body with the wrapping film is formed, a brake mechanism to brake the rotation of the wrapping film is arranged, and a switch mechanism to control the operation of the brake mechanism by achieving the ON/OFF by the elevation/lowering of the tension bars is provided on a part of the guide grooves of the tension bar.
