PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the subject apparatus as a whole by making a moving range on a movable side small. SOLUTION: A fixed mold 3 equipped with an oblong cavity 4 communicating with a raw material supply route and the movable member 2 relatively moving to the mold 3 to be capable of closely coming into contact with the opposed surface of the mold 3 and an ejector having the engaging projection capable of being loosely fitted to the side end part in the cavity 4 and expanded on the side of the mold 3 is provided to the surface opposed to the mold 3 of the movable member 2.
