PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises caused by air resistance by varying the angle of blade parts. SOLUTION: In a motor fan with a heat sink provided with a motor fan part 2 with blade parts 8, and a heat sink part, the blade parts 8 are formed as an angle variable type to reduce noises (air flow noises) caused by air resistance. The motor fan part 2 is provided with a blade part rotating mechanism 6 for rotating the blade parts 8, and a gear part 7 for driving the blade part rotating mechanism 6. The blade part rotating mechanism 6 is controlled from the outside, and this control is performed by a control signal from a control circuit provided outside.
