PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation work for electric equipment indoors. SOLUTION: A thermal insulating material 20 is installed on a platy body 12 fixed to a framework 13 of a wooden housing. Thin wall parts 27 and 28 are formed in the thermal insulation material 20, and crosstie parts 31 and 32 thicker than the thin wall parts 27 and 28 are provided at both upper and lower end parts of the thermal insulating material 20. The vertical length of the lower side crosstie part 32 is shorter than the upper side crosstie part 31.
