<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a product, and to reduce the fraction defective by providing a shooter base on which the product is dropped through a work shooter, mounting this shooter base through a damper, and switching the absorbing force of the damper according to the thickness or the like of the product. SOLUTION: When no product K is dropped on a shooter base 5, the air in a cylinder of an air damper 8 is not influenced and the shooter base 5 mounted on a piston rod is separated from a fixed plate 6. When the product K is dropped on the shooter base 5, the air in the cylinder is pressed by the gravity of the product K, and discharged through an air hose 15. The volume of the air in the cylinder is reduced, the piston rod is embedded in the cylinder, and the shooter base 5 is brought close to the fixed plate 6. The air plays the role of the cushion, and the dynamic energy of the product K during the drop is absorbed.</p> |
