<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly dissolve polyvinyl chloride contained in waste, in a solvent, to supply the resultant solution to the post-treatment in a short cycle, and to increase throughput per hour. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a dissolution-filtration tank 1, liquid transfer device 9, a solid-liquid separator 23, an evaporation-to-dryness device 26, etc. Polyvinyl chloride contained in waste is dissolved with a solvent in a dissolution part 3, the resultant solution is filtered with a filtration means 2, and a first filtrate is stored in a storage part 4. Stirring and heating are carried out during the dissolution, and the first filtrate is circulated by the liquid transfer device 9. Subsequently, the first filtrate is fed to the solid-liquid separator 23 by the liquid transfer device 9, and the resultant second filtrate is fed to the evaporation-to-dryness device 26 to recover the polyvinyl chloride therein.</p> |
