PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray which does not required a large number of storage places. SOLUTION: This tray 5 is equipped with an upper stage section 16 which is formed on the peripheral section 7 by extending to one half peripheral section in a manner to project upward, a lower stage section 18 extending to the remaining one half section of the peripheral section 7 and being formed in a manner to be indented downward, an outward protruding section 20 which is formed in the peripheral direction on the external side surface of the upper stage section 16, and an inward protruding section 22 which is formed in the peripheral direction on the internal side surface of the lower stage section 18. Then, when one is used as a lid, and the other is used as a body by using two of the same shape, the upper stage section 16 of the lid is fitted in the lower stage section 18 of the body, and the lower stage section 18 of the lid is fitted on the upper stage section 16 of the body respectively. Thus, the peripheral section 7 of the lid and the peripheral section 7 of the body are firmly combined by the engagements of the outward protruding sections 20 of respective upper stage sections 16 and the inward protruding sections 22 of respective lower stage sections 18. Also, when trays of the same shape are superposed, the upper stage sections 16 are fitted on the upper stage sections 16, and the lower stage sections 18 are fitted on the lower stage sections 18 each other.
